• Request details such as service, artist preference, placement, size, budget, availability, descriptions, and links to reference images you choose to provide.
• Facebook and Instagram messages sent to Skinworks when our Meta messaging connection is active, including message text, attachments, timestamps, and conversation identifiers.
• Appointment, quote, deposit, payment-status, and customer-reference information used to manage your booking.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the booking and staff systems.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and booking requests.
• Match requests with an artist and propose appointment times.
• Manage consultations, deposits, appointments, changes, and follow-ups.
• Keep a customer-service history so our staff can provide consistent help.
• Protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate parts of the booking and communication process, including Meta for Facebook and Instagram messaging, Square for appointments and payments, and our website and hosting providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell customer personal information.

Square processes payment-card information. Skinworks may receive payment status, transaction references, amounts, and related customer or appointment details, but our CRM is not designed to store your full payment-card number.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to manage customer requests, appointments, studio records, disputes, security, and applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and data deletion

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with your Skinworks inquiry or social-media conversation. Text (918) 378-3500 with the words “Privacy request”, your name, and the phone number or social account you used. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, records, disputes, or legal obligations.

You may also delete messages from your own Facebook or Instagram account or use the privacy controls provided by those services.

Children’s privacy

This online booking and messaging service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact the studio regarding services for a minor and any required consent or identification.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or integrations change. The current version and effective date will remain posted on this page.
